Using EasyPay

EasyPay is an automatic and recurring payment program that allows you to pay your Cox bill each month automatically using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. Your bill is automatically paid on the day of the month that makes most sense for your business.

Use Cox.com View/Pay Bill

Cox.com View/Pay Bill offers you easy access to complete the following task:

Automated Pay by Phone

With Cox Automated Phone payment options you can pay by phone with your bank account, credit card, or debit card 24/7 without a fee.

The automated phone number can be found on the Contact Us page.

There is a $10.00 service fee for customer service representative-assisted payments.

Payment Centers

We have a variety of walk-in locations and payment centers where you can pay your bill in person. At a Payment Center you may pay you bill with cash, check, money order, credit card, or debit card.

Pay by Mail

To mail your payment, detach the payment coupon from your billing statement, enter the amount of your payment on the coupon and send that to us along with your check or money order.

If you do not have the payment coupon and wish to mail your payment, you can find the mailing address on the Contact Us page.

Bill Payment Type Description

Register directly with your bank to receive your cox bill notice through your bank.

When a customer signs up for E-Bill, they agree to only receive bill information through their bank and forgo a paper statement.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Cox sends bill data to a Telecommunications Expense Manager (TEM) on behalf of one of our business customers.
  • EDI is usually requested by the customer and is a service that is most appropriate for Large, Enterprise size customers.
  • The TEM charges the Cox customer to manage their bill data and provide analysis of their bill data.
Smartbill A way for customers to download and analyze their calling data.
  • Customers have access to an easy-to-use interface and tool to analyze their bill data in Excel, CVS Comma Delimited or PDF format.
  • The ability to review the last 90 days of call detail or the previous 13 months of summary call detail right from your computer.
  • The following three different SmartBill packages are available based on the unique needs of the business owner.
    • Basic
    • Premier
    • Combo
