In a web browser, go to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click Sign In.
Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, then see Trouble Signing in on the Cox Website.
From the MyAccount home page, click Business Email.
From the top right menu bar, click the Settings icon.
From the left-hand menu, select Mail.
Click the Auto forward... button.
From the Auto forward window complete the following steps.
