Auto Forwarding Emails in Cox Business Email



In a web browser, go to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.

  1. Enter your User ID and Password.
  2. Click Sign In.

    Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, then see Trouble Signing in on the Cox Website.

From the MyAccount home page, click Business Email.

From the top right menu bar, click the Settings icon.

From the left-hand menu, select Mail.

Click the Auto forward... button.

Result: The Auto forward window displays.

From the Auto forward window complete the following steps.

  1. Click the Auto forward toggle switch to on.
  2. In the Forward all incoming emails to this address field, enter the email address to where you want to forward the email messages.
  3. Click the Keep a copy of the message box to retain the email message.
  4. Click the Process subsequent rules box if additional filter rules are to be applied after the auto forwarding.

    Note: By selecting Process subsequent rules, you are telling the system to process email filters, in addition to the auto forward just established. To manage your email filter settings see, Creating Filter Rules in Cox Business Email.

  5. Click Apply changes.
