Arm and Disarm Your Detection System Using the Mobile App

With your Security Solutions mobile app, it is easy to arm and disarm your security system. Using the links below, select which action you are completing.

Arming Your Detection System

Follow the steps below to arm your security system from your mobile device.

Sign in to the Cox Business Security Solutions mobile app.

From the Home screen, tap the green Disarmed tile.

From the System pop-up screen, complete these steps.

1. Tap to select Silent Arming or No Entry Delay if desired.
2. Tap to select one of the following arming modes.
   • Arm (Stay): Arms door sensors, window sensors, and glass break detectors
   • Arm (Away): Arms door sensors, window sensors, motion detectors, and glass break detectors
   
   

Disarming Your Detection System

Follow the steps below to disarm your security system from your mobile device.

Sign in to the Cox Business Security Solutions mobile app.

Complete the following steps to disarm the security system.

1. From the Home screen, tap either the ARMED AWAY or the ARMED STAY tile.
   
   
   
   

   
   Result: The shield icon displays.
   
   

2. Tap the shield icon to complete disarming the security system.
