Adding an Account to Your MyAccount Profile Online

Solution

Use the following steps to add an account online.
 

Note: You are unable to use this process if the account you are adding has Cox Business Voice service. Contact Cox Business and have our agent process this request.

From the Accounts tab, click Add Account.

Complete the fields on the Account Info page and click Continue.

Complete the following on the Billing and Payments page.

  1. Enroll in paperless billing and autopay if you want that set up for this account.
  2. Are you adding another account?
    • If yes, then click Add Another Account.
    • If no, then click Done.
