Activating Cox Business Email Spam Settings

Solution

Complete the steps below to select spam settings.

Go to webmail.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Log In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, then refer to Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the top-right menu bar, click the Settings icon.

From the left-hand menu, select Mail.

Complete the following steps.

  1. In the Mail drop-down menu, click Spam settings.
  2. Click to select from the filter options.
    • No Spam filtering
    • Automatically deliver to Spam folder
    • Delete Spam messages without delivering to Inbox

Result: The system automatically updates with the new selection.
