Accessing RapidScale SD-WAN and Firewall Metrics Through MyAccount

Solution

RapidScale is a cloud-based company that provides services such as Office 365, RapidScale VeloCloud SD-WAN, and SD-WAN LTE. To access the RapidScale Portal through MyAccount, complete the following steps.

Go to Myaccount.coxbusiness.com, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you have not created a MyAccount profile with a User ID and Password, see Setting Up Your MyAccount Profile.

From the Administrative Tools and Service Management section, click the Networking icon.

Do you have more than one account?

  • If no, then continue to the next step.
  • If yes, then from the Select an account drop-down menu, select the account to modify.

From the Features section, click the SD-WAN and Firewall Metrics icon.

Result: The RapidScale Portal page displays.

Click Dashboard to expand the menu and view additional information and metrics as shown below.

Note: Users have read-only access in the RapidScale Portal.
