Accessing Channel Lineups on Cox.com


Review the following information to better understand how to use the channel lineup information on Cox.com.
Note: You have the ability to see the TV listings for your market. By signing in you are able to see information that is specific to your account, for more information, refer to TV Listings. This website, however, will be retired on November 10, 2020.

Accessing Cox.com Website

Use the steps below to access channel lineups.

  1. Open one of the following to access the channel lineup.
  2. On the upper right-hand menu, click the Select Location icon icon and complete one of the following.
    • Enter Zip Code.
    • Choose state and city from the drop-down menus.
  3. Click on Check This Area to pull up the specific information for your area.

Note: It is not necessary to sign in to access channel lineup information.

Information When Viewing Channel Lineup

Channels are listed by the following packages: TV Starter, Contour Flex, Contour TV, and Contour TV Ultimate.

  • Each package shows a checkmark if that channel is included.
  • Click on View Details below each package to view a detailed list from the specific package.
  • Each Channel may show an icon next to it as described below.
    • HD Indicates high definition channel.
    • TVE Indicates TV Everywhere to show channels that are available in the contour app that can be viewed outside the home.
    • ESP Indicates that the channel broadcasts in Spanish.

Viewing the Channel Lineup PDF

To access the PDF view of channels, click Printable Lineup.

Note: Printable lineup is not available for the Cox Business channel lineup.

Viewing Pak Details

Follow the steps below to access specific TV pack information.

  1. Click Find Your Channels.

  2. In the pop-up menu options, select the appropriate package or search by channels as seen in the below image.

    • TV Paks drop-down menu filters the view to different paks available specific to this market.
    • Genre drop-down menu filters the view based on genres such as Movies, Sports, News, and more.
    • Optional Filters can be set based on channel, HD, Premium, Spanish, or TV Everywhere (TVE).

Additional Options

The Channel Lineup menu offers additional options in the image below.

  • To reset information displayed on the website, click Reset Search. Any filter previously set will be cleared.
  • Click TV Apps to learn more about TV Everywhere, Network Apps, Contour App, and more.

    Note: TV Apps are not available on the Cox Business channel lineup page.
