Additional FAQS:

What should I do if my Cox Business service is out?

To report an outage, chat with a live agent at coxbusiness.com/chat or call (866) 272-5777.

What if my power goes out?

A power outage may impact your Cox Business services. If the power is out, your local utility provider will need to restore power before your Cox Business services can be restored. On occasion, your power may start working before your Cox Business services. In those situations, we ask for your patience – our teams are working hard to get our services back up and running so you can be connected quickly.

Once my power is restored, how do I get my services back up?

Unplug your equipment from the power source, wait 5 seconds and then plug the equipment back in.
