Phoenix, Tucson & Benson residents: Digital receiver rental ($6/mo) required to receive digital cable, multiplexed premium movie channels, pay-per-view, and On Demand. Televisions equipped with a CableCard may require a set-top receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox Digital Cable. A minimum service level of digital cable, DVR receiver rental ($12/mo) and a $5 per month service fee required to receive Cox DVR service.
