Power and Associates 2006-2007 Residential Regional Telephone Customer Satisfaction Studies^SM. 2007 study based responses from 11,911 consumers measuring 5 providers in the Southwest (AR, KS, MO, OK, TX) and measures satisfaction of consumers who received their local and long distance service from one provider.
