You can change your Voice Mail access PIN at any time with the following steps.
Note: If you
have forgotten your PIN, you can call a Customer Care Representative to reset the PIN for you by dialing 611 from your wireless phone.
To change your Voice Mail PIN, follow these steps.
Log in to Wireless Tools at www.cox.net and then click the
Voice Mail Center option.
Click the Voice Mail PIN link.
Enter a new PIN number in both fields and click the
Submit button.
Important: For security reasons, the PIN cannot be the same as the voice mailbox number, contain consecutive digits, or use repeating patterns. For example, the PIN cannot be 1234 or 4321 or 1111. It must also be between 4 and 7 digits.
