You can use the Wireless Tools
webpage to view
your phone details, plan details, current usage, and listen to your wireless voice mail messages online.
Note:
In order to listen to voice mail messages from the Wireless Tools webpage, you must have a computer sound card, speakers, and Internet media player installed.
Follow these steps to log in to the Wireless Tools webpage.
From the www.cox.net webpage, click the
Find Service in Your Area drop-down menu.
Click your state, then your city, from the
Find Service in Your Area drop-down menu.
To access the Wireless Tools login page,
click the Wireless Tools button located under the
MY ACCOUNT section of the screen.
Note: If Wireless Tools is not yet available in your area, the Wireless Tools button will not appear.
Enter your Wireless Number (wireless phone number) and
Voice Mail access PIN.
Note: If you enter the default password (269238) used to initially activate your service, the system will prompt you to create your own PIN, and then use that PIN to log in
