The Selected Greeting section allows you to listen to your pre-recorded greetings, and select which one callers will hear when you are unable to answer a call.

To select a greeting, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to Wireless Tools on www.cox.net and then click the Voice Mail Center button.


2. Click the Change option next to the Selected Greeting feature.
   
   Result: The Voice Mail Greeting Options page displays.
   
   Note: To hear a pre-recorded greeting, press the Listen icon next to it.


3. Click the radio button next to the desired greeting you want callers to hear, then click the Submit button.
   
   Result: The Voice Mail Center page displays.
