Important: Voice messages deleted from the Wireless Tools webpage cannot be retrieved.

Follow these steps to delete voice messages:

1. Log in to the Wireless Tools homepage on www.cox.net and then click the Voice Mail Center button.
2. In the Voice Mail Inbox, check the box in the Delete column next to the messages to be erased and then click the Delete button.
   
   Result: The selected voice messages are permanently deleted and no longer display in the Voice Mail Center.
   
   Note: A confirmation message does not display before messages are deleted. They are no longer available through the voice mail telephone interface.

All steps complete.
