How to view your email on TV.

Note: You must already have an email account established with Cox High Speed Internet service to view your email on the TV screen.

1. While watching TV, press the MENU button (or the A button) on the remote control.
2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the Email Viewer option on the Main Menu and then press the SELECT button.
3. You will be prompted to either enter, set up, or edit your Cox TV PIN.

Have you already set up your Cox TV PIN?

1. If yes, enter your Cox TV PIN and go to step 11.
2. If no, go to step 4.
   


4. Highlight the SET PIN OR EDIT EXISTING PIN option and then press the SELECT button to continue.
5. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the email address (mailbox) you wish to view.
6. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the NEXT option, and then press the SELECT button to continue.
7. The PIN Entry screen displays. Enter the 4-digit PIN in both of the Cox TV PIN fields, highlight the NEXT option, and then press the SELECT button to continue.
8. Use the arrow and SELECT buttons on the remote control to enter the existing email password you use to access the email account via the Internet.
9. Highlight the SUBMIT option and then press the SELECT button to activate the new Cox TV PIN.
   Note: It may take 30 seconds for the system to activate the PIN.
10. Highlight the View email now option and press the SELECT button.
11. To view the email, use the remote control arrows to highlight the message and press the SELECT button.
    Note: Delete the message by using the arrow buttons to highlight the DELETE option located above the scroll bar, and then press the SELECT button.
    All Steps Complete.

How to pay your cable bill using the remote control.

1. While watching TV, press the MENU button (or the A button) on the remote control.
2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight and select My Account, followed by View / Pay Bill. Press the right arrow to highlight View statements. Press the SELECT button to continue.
3. Using the number buttons on the remote control, enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number in the available field. Highlight the SUBMIT option and then press the SELECT button to continue.

   Note: You must first establish your 9-digit Social Security number with COX, or create an Account PIN. To do so, please contact a Cox customer service representative or visit a Cox service center.
   

4. Choose a billing statement to pay.
5. Choose a method of payment — options are to pay by Checking Account, Credit Card, or Debit Card — and then press the SELECT button.
6. Enter the amount you want to pay in the Amount to be Paid box and select the NEXT button.
7. Enter your checking, credit card, or debit card information and select the NEXT button.
8. Review the information for accuracy, highlight the SUBMIT button, and then press SELECT on the remote control to authorize the payment.
   All Steps Complete.

How to find out what movies are playing at nearby theaters – and get the start times.

1. While watching TV, press the MENU button (or the A button) on the remote control.
2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight News & Info and press SELECT.
3. Highlight At the Movies with the arrow buttons and press SELECT.
4. Highlight Listings by Area with the arrow buttons and press SELECT.
5. Select your location from the available list and press SELECT.
6. Use the arrow buttons to highlight a specific theater and press SELECT.
7. Highlight a movie title and press SELECT to view start times.
   All Steps Complete.
