The channel banner provides quick access to information about the program title and the program's start and end times. The channel banner shows the following information:
- The channel number and call letters
- The program title, start time, and end time
- The current time
- Cox On-screen Guide symbols where appropriate (for example, the star symbol for a favorite channel)
Display the Channel Banner
- Press the INFO button.
- The channel banner displays.
- To browse other program titles and times use the UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT arrow buttons.
- To tune to a channel shown in the channel banner
- Press the SELECT button.
- To
hide the channel banner
- wait several seconds or press the EXIT button.

Channel Banner Definition:
This is a graphic that displays at the bottom of your TV screen. It shows program information for the currently tuned program.
You can browse with the channel banner to display program information for programs and channels other than the one you are tuned to.
