With Voice Mail Notification, an email alert is sent to your Inbox each time a new voice message is received. The email contains an MP3 formatted audio file of the voice mail message.

To change voice mail notification settings, complete the following steps.

1. Log in to Wireless Tools on www.cox.net and click the Voice Mail Center button.
2. Click the Change option next to the Voice Mail Notification feature.
   
   Result: The Notification Options page displays.
3. To receive email notification of new wireless Voice Mail messages, click the radio next to Yes under the Notify me of Wireless Voice Mail Messages via Email option.
4. In the field under the Enter email address, enter the email address to which you want notifications sent.
   
   Note: Click the No radio button to decline this feature.
5. To receive notification of new wireless Voice Mail messages via a wireless phone, click the radio next to Yes under the Notify me of new wireless Voice Mail messages via Mobile Phone option.
6. In the field under Enter the phone number of a SMS capable device, enter the number to which you want notification sent.
   
   Note: Click the No radio button to decline this feature.
7. After you have made your selections, click the Submit button.

All steps complete.
