You manage voice mail from the Voice Mail Center in much the same way that you manage it from the telephone. You can listen to and delete messages from any computer that has Internet access, a sound card, speakers, and a media player.

Note: An embedded Media Player for Internet Explorer (IE) has been added to the Voice Mail Center. It enables users to listen to their voicemail via the computer without downloading a separate version of Media Player.

To play voice messages, complete the following steps.

1. Log in to Wireless Tools at www.cox.net and click the Voice Mail Center option.
2. Click the Listen button next to the message to be heard or click the Play button on the embedded Media Player for IE.
