You can record up to 50 hours of programs with the Cox DVR service.

At that point, you can manually erase programs or let the DVR automatically erase saved programs by default.

Manually erase a recording

1. Press the LIST button on the remote control
2. Press the up or down arrow button to highlight a show
3. Select the Erase option

Automatically erase recordings (This is the default setting.)

1. Press the LIST button on the remote control
2. Press the up or down arrow button to highlight a show
3. Select the Save until space is needed option and the program will be erased as space is needed for new recordings

Erase the show you’re watching

1. Press the STOP button while watching the saved program
2. Press the A button
3. Select the Stop and erase option

Cancel a scheduled recording

1. Press the LIST button on your remote control
2. Press the B button
3. Press the up or down arrow button to highlight a show
4. Select the Cancel Recording option in the dialog box

Cancel a scheduled series recording

1. Press the LIST button on your remote control
2. Press the C button
3. Press the up or down arrow button to highlight a series
4. Select the Cancel Series Recording option
