You can load up to seven days of guide data for the program guide. The actual number of days available depends on many factors. When you request program guide data beyond what is initially loaded (typically 3-4 days), it is necessary for the system to load this new data on the settop.

You can only load and view one new time frame segment at a time. A segment is dependent on the cable provider (for example, a segment might be 8 hours or 12 hours of information).

To load additional program guide data

• Press the GUIDE button and the time grid displays.
• Press the DAY+ button or scroll to the desired day.
• A right arrow and "More Data" indicates that there is additional data available to load.
• Press the right arrow button and note the time frame stated in the display (for example 4am-4pm).
• Continue pressing the right arrow button to highlight the desired time frame.
• Press the SELECT button to load the data.

Note: It takes about one-half minute to load the data. An hourglass displays in the grid. As soon as it is loaded, it displays. During the time that the data is loading, you can exit the guide, change channels and so forth.

• To load additional guide information, repeat steps.

Note: When you see the message No Data and the grid lines disappear, you can go no further until some time passes and more data again becomes available.
