Save the hassle of video store rentals - now you can rent and watch a movie with a few clicks of the remote control. Here's how.

1. Select a movie from our library.
2. Rent the movie - with or without a PIN.
3. Play, pause, stop the movie - watch it again with the Resume Viewing option.

Select a movie...

1. While watching TV, switch to the Cox On DEMAND channel and then press SELECT. Momentarily, the On DEMAND menu displays.


2. Press the down arrow on the remote to highlight the Movies on Demand option and then press SELECT. A list of movie categories displays.


3. Press the down arrow to highlight a category and then press SELECT. A list of movie titles displays.

Tip: Press the PAGE +/- buttons to speed search the categories faster.

Tip: Look for the word "Widescreen" or "En Espanol" at the end of the movie title if you want to choose those formats.

4. Press the down arrow to highlight a movie title and then press SELECT. Movie jacket details and rental information are displayed.
   
   Tip: Press the PAGE +/- buttons to speed search the movie titles faster.

Tip: You can watch a preview of the movie before renting it by pressing the right arrow button and selecting Preview.

Rent the movie...

1. After selecting a movie from the On DEMAND menu, press the arrow keys to highlight the Buy Now option and then press SELECT.


2. Press the arrow keys to highlight the Yes (Immediate Billing) option and then press SELECT.


3. Did the movie load and begin playing?
• If yes, you have completed the steps.
• If no, go to the next step.


4. The PIN Entry screen displays. Enter your 4-digit Purchase PIN number. The movie begins to play.

Tip: Use the Purchase PIN to restrict purchases by children. You can set up, change, or disable this PIN in just a few moments. Simply press SETTINGS (or MENU), the A key, then down arrow to the Purchase PIN option, and then right arrow to the Enable, Disable, or Change option and follow the prompts.

Play the movie...

1. Press the REW (rewind), PLAY, FFWD (fast-forward), and PAUSE buttons on the remote to control the movie.


2. The rental period is 24 hours for most movies. During that period, you can watch the movie as many times as you like. Simply switch to channel 01, press SELECT, highlight RESUME VIEWING, and press SELECT again. The movie will load automatically and begin playing.
