Cox All-in-One billing statements gives customers with Digital Telephone, Cable and/or High-Speed Internet services from Cox the ability to combine all their Cox services into one easy-to-read bill statement.
Can I keep my bills separate?
Yes, you can keep your bills separate. Please be aware that each bill will have a different due date. To ensure that payments are applied to the correct bill statement, be sure to pay each bill separately. When paying by mail, send a separate check using the return envelopes provided with each statement. When paying on Cox.com or via our automated phone system, enter the amount you wish to pay for each statement separately.
Why did I receive two bills after I requested one-bill statement?
This may have happened for one of two reasons. If you recently requested that your statement be combined, it may require up to one bill cycle for the all-in-one statement. To ensure that your account remains up-to-date, before your combined statement will start, pay any individual statements you receive in full.
