1. From the Main Menu press 4 for Personal Options.
2. From the Personal Options Menu press 3 for Greetings Options.
3. From the Greetings Option Menu press 3 to access the Record Name Menu.

To Change Your Greetings

Personalized greetings help make your mailbox even more friendly and inviting to your callers. Your mailbox supports multiple greetings with schedules, such as:

• Personal Greeting: from the Main Menu press 431 to record a greeting.
• Record Name: from the Main Menu press 433 to record your name.
• Extended Absence: from the Main Menu press 432 to record an extented absence greeting.
• Schedule Greetings: from the Main Menu press 4366 to create a greeting schedule.

To Retrieve the Date and Time the Message Was Delivered

Press 5 during or after listening to a message to retrieve the date and time the message was left in your mailbox. A message’s envelope tells you who sent the message and the time and the date it was sent.

If you would like to have this information provided to you as part of every message, use the Personal Options Menu to turn on date and time playback.
