A trusted phone number enables you to access your Voice Mail from a device, other than your wireless handset, without having to enter your Voice Mail PIN. For example, you could use your work phone to access your Voice Mail without needing to enter your PIN.

You can add numbers to your Trusted Phone Number list at any using the following steps:

1. Log in to Wireless Tools at www.cox.net and click the Voice Mail Center option.
2. Click the Change option next to the Trusted Phone Numbers feature.
   
   Result: The Trusted Phone Numbers page displays.
3. Under the Add Trusted Phone Numbers section, enter a phone number in the Phone Number field and a name in the  Name field.
4. Click the Submit button to accept or the Cancel button to decline.

All steps complete.
