Important: Your computer must have a sound card, speakers, and an Internet media player installed to listen to voice messages with Wireless Tools.

An Internet media player is software that allows playback of audio and video for Windows and the Internet. Popular versions of the software include the Windows Media Player (downloadable from the Microsoft website) and QuickTime player (downloadable from the Apple website).

Complete the following steps to play voice mail:

1. Log in to the Wireless Tools home page on www.cox.net and click the Voice Mail Center link.
   
   Result: The list of active voice mail displays, including options to Delete and Listen.
2. From the Listen column, click the Audio Icon next to the voice mail.
   
   Result: The voice mail message plays through the audio components on the computer.
