At the conclusion of the trial of the Cox Journal product in late 2007, Cox made the decision not to offer this product outside of the group of original trial participants. Currently, the Cox Journal websites provided by the vendor are down. Any Cox Journals you may have created are unavailable.
Optional Offering
Cox offers a fully supported Media Store and Share application to all customers who subscribe to either the Preferred or Premier Internet Package. It is not a direct replacement for the Cox Journal application, but does allow you to safely store and share media files. In fact, with the Media Store and Share application and either the Preferred or Premier Internet Package you can store up to 5 GB of photos, videos, or other files online for free.
