| How to: Switch the Samsung 7000 Series 3DTV to 3D Mode |
The instructions below are also demonstrated in this video.
Before you switch the Samsung 7000 Series 55-Inch 1080P 240Hz 3D LED HDTV to 3D mode, make sure:
- The Cox HD receiver is connected to the 3DTV via an HDMI cable
- The special 3D glasses are Samsung model number SSG-2100 or SSG-2200
- You are tuned to the Cox3D channel for viewing 3D programming
Note: For other models of 3D-enabled televisions, please consult the User Guide that came with the TV.

On the remote that came with the 3DTV, press the 3D button on the lower right. Click here to view the location of the 3D button. |

On the 3D glasses that came with TV, press the Power button located on the top of the right temple bar or glasses stem. |

On the 3DTV remote, press the OK button. |

Select 3D format icon (depicted as two stick figures, side by side, separated by a vertical line).
Result: The picture is viewable in 3D.
