How to Turn On Call History in Phone Tools

You can turn on the call history feature in Phone Tools.

After you turn on the call history feature, you can see information about incoming calls you received and outgoing calls you made. The information displayed includes the date, time, type of call, phone number, and name associated with the phone number.

If you no longer want to see the call history, you can turn off the feature from the Phone Tools page.

To turn on the call history feature in Phone Tools, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
  2. Click the Phone Center link.

Result: The Phone Center page displays, showing the phone number and Call History section with date grayed out, indicating that call history is turned off.

  1. Click the Change button.

Result: The Call History section content changes to indicate that call history is currently turned off and to provide option buttons that you use to turn it on.

  1. Click the On option button and then click Submit.

Result: The status changes to ON.
