How to Change Call Waiting, ID Block, and Forward Settings

To change settings for Call Waiting, Caller ID Block, and Call Forwarding features, complete the following steps.

  1. Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
  2. Click the Phone Center link.

Result: The Phone Center page displays, including the Phone Center Feature Controls section.

  1. In the Phone Center Feature Controls section, turn ON and OFF any of the listed features by clicking the associated Change button.
  2. Follow the prompts to select the ON or OFF option and then click the Submit button.

Result: The Phone Center page re-displays, and shows the setting has been updated.

Note: Turning ON a feature does not "purchase" it, and turning OFF a feature does not "cancel" it from your service package.

All steps complete.
