You can turn off the call history feature in Phone Tools.

If you want to see the information in the future, you can turn on the call history feature from the Phone Tools page again.

To turn off the call history feature in Phone Tools, complete the following steps.

1. Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
2. Click the Phone Center link.

Result: The Phone Center page displays. Since the call history feature is still enabled, the Call History section shows the date or time period with information about the call history status and results, if any.

3. Click the Change button below the Call History section to disable the call history feature.

Result: The Call History section changes to display option buttons that you use to turn the feature on or off.

4. Click the Off option button and then click Submit.

Result: The status changes to OFF.
