On Cox.com, you can order any service that Cox offers at your address. Depending on where you live, this may include Digital Cable, Digital Telephone, and High-Speed Internet services.
- Click on Order Services on the top navigation bar.
- To order or view any service available at your location - login, OR enter your address OR select Option 2 and enter your Cox account number.
- Ordering Cox iN DEMAND Pay-Per-View requires you to login.
In the Order Services area, click the Learn more options to the right of the screen for additional information about any service or to see any special offers before placing your order.
Completing your order
For privacy and security reasons, you may be asked to provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number or a credit card to assist us in processing your order. If you choose not to provide this information, a representative may need to contact you prior to processing your order.
- When you click “Submit” on Cox.com, you will receive an on-screen message confirming that your order has been submitted.
- Shortly after this, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.
- You will receive an email confirming that your order has been processed and providing any additional information you may need, such as your confirmed appointment time.
- It may require up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Most orders are processed within 2 business days.
So that you can check your order status on Cox.com, be sure to login at the beginning or end of the Cox.com order process. If you haven’t set up a login, it’s easy to do by providing your email address and password and answering a few security questions.
To check your status at any time:
- Visit Cox.com and click on Order Services.
- Click Login to the right of your screen.
- Login with your Cox.com user name (email address) and password.
- Click Order History to the right of your screen.
- That’s it! You can see the detail of any order placed by clicking on the transaction id presented. The status shows next to each order.
Remember, if you do not login before leaving the order process, we will not be able to tie your order request to your Cox.com username and display it later.
