The Statements link provides access to your most recent Cox bill, as well as your last eighteen statements.To view a billing statement, click on its link.
If the statement will not open, you may not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view your Cox bill image.
To download this software, scroll to the bottom of the "Your current billing information" page and click on the Adobe logo [
]. This software is free.
To print a statement, click on its link to open the statement and then click the printer symbol
in the upper left corner.
To save a statement to your PC, click on the statement's link. Then click the disk symbol
and follow the prompts.
If you receive separate billing statements from Cox, for example, one statement for digital telephone and one for cable service, then each statement will appear separately.
To make a payment, click the Make a payment button and follow the prompts.
