Account summary
Account Summary lists applicable charges, credits, and payments. This includes any previous balance, credit adjustment, payment amount and date received, and remaining balance. This results in the total new charge, total due and the Due By date.

Total
This is Your Payment Coupon. The payment address is preprinted. Simply tear off the coupon at the preforation and mail it along with your payment.

One Time Charges lists type of charge and the amount.

Taxes, fees, and Surcharges is an itemized list of the Federal, State, local, and Franchise assessments.

Partial Month Services lists services added or removed durng the previous billing period. Includes start and end dates for each change.

Telephone Usage Details is an itemized list of the Cox Digital Telephone Services to include Cox Long Distance usage detail along with a key to codes used such as Rate and Time Codes.
