What is my bill cycle and where do I find it?

Your bill cycle refers to the date your billing period ends each month. This date appears on your bill statement in several places.

  • On the first page of your bill statement, it appears as "Current charges as of."
  • It also appears in each detail section of your bill as "Monthly service from ____to ____."

Will I still receive a paper bill statement with EasyPay service?

Yes. If you currently receive a paper bill statement from Cox each month, you will continue to receive one.

Can I keep my bills separate?

Yes, you can keep your bills separate. Please be aware that each bill will have a different due date. To ensure that payments are applied to the correct bill statement, be sure to pay each bill separately. When paying by mail, send a separate check using the return envelopes provided with each statement. When paying online with Cox.com View / Pay Bill or via our automated phone system, you must enter the amount you wish to pay for each statement separately.

Why did I receive two bills after I requested a consolidated, one-bill statement?

If you recently requested that your statements be combined, wait one more billing cycle for the all-in-one statement to be issued. Also, pay off any individual statements you receive to speed up activation of the consolidated bill.

What is the benefit of having one statement?

One payment! And if you want to avoid stamps, check writing, and possible late fees, you may want to consider signing up for Easy Pay, which is the automated payment service for Cox customers.
