To get an email notification whenever voice mail arrives, turn on the Voice Mail Notification feature from the Phone Tools webpage by completing the following steps.

1. Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
   
2. Click the Message Center link.

Result: The list of active voice mail displays, including the option to turn ON and OFF the Voice Mail Notification feature.

3. Click the Change button in the Message Center Feature Control pane.

Result: The option to select the ON or OFF radio buttons displays.

4. Click the ON radio button and enter the email address where you want the notitications sent.
   
5. Click the Submit button.

All steps complete.
