How to Change Call Waiting, ID Block, and Forward Settings

To change settings for Call Waiting, Caller ID Block, and Call Forwarding features, complete the following steps.
- Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
- Click the Phone Center link.
Result: The Phone Center page displays, including the Phone Center Feature Controls section.
- In the Phone Center Feature Controls section, turn ON and OFF any of the listed features by clicking the associated Change button.
- Follow the prompts to select the ON or OFF option and then click the Submit button.
Result: The Phone Center page re-displays, and shows the setting has been updated.
Note: Turning ON a feature does not "purchase" it, and turning OFF a feature does not "cancel" it from your service package.
All steps complete.
