The Frequently Used Numbers list makes your outgoing call history easier to understand. By assigning familiar names to frequently called telephone numbers, your call history page displays the familiar names instead of the location dialed.

To assign names to phone numbers, complete the following steps.

1. Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
2. Click the Phone Center link.
3. Click the Frequently Used Numbers link.

Result: The Frequently Used Numbers pane displays with options to Edit, Add, and Delete entries.

4. To add an entry, enter a phone number and name in the appropriate boxes in the Add Numbers pane and click the Submit button.

Result: The Frequently Used Numbers list updates and displays the new entry.

Note: Up to 10 entries are allowed.
