What is On DEMAND?

The Cox On DEMAND service provides an onscreen menu of pay-per-view movies and subscription-based episodes from HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and other on-Demand networks. Some of the menu items are free, including selected movies and FreeZone programs.

More importantly, you can:

• Start the movie or program whenever you like
• Pause, rewind, and fast-forward it
• View a pay-per-view program repeatedly within the24-hour rental period
• View free movies as often as you like, whenever you like

To see the Cox On DEMAND menu, press the ON DEMAND button on the remote control and then press the SELECT button.

What's the difference between the On DEMAND channel and iN DEMAND pay-per-view events?

The On DEMAND channel offers more flexibility than individual iN DEMAND pay-per-view events. With iN DEMAND pay-per-view shows, the start time of the show cannot be changed and the show cannot be paused, rewound, or fast-forwarded. On the other hand, shows played from the Cox On DEMAND menu can be started whenever you want. And they can be paused, rewound, and fast-forwarded without special equipment.

What is Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD)?

Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) is:

• Any program or network that requires a subscription to view, such as:
  HBO on Demand
  • Showtime on Demand
  • Starz! on Demand
  • Cinemax on Demand
  • The Movie Channel on Demand
  • here! on Demand
  • Howard Stern on Demand
  WWE 24/7 on Demand
• Can be accessed on-demand at any time of day or night
• Programs can be paused, rewound, and fast-forwarded without special equipment

To access these SVOD programs, you must subscribe to both the premium channel (HBO) and their SVOD service (HBO on Demand).

How often are new movies and subscription-based programs added to the On DEMAND channel?

New programs are added every week.

How do I get the On DEMAND channel?

1. Make sure On DEMAND is available in your area:

2. Select your area from the map.
3. Enter your address.
4. Follow the prompts to see if On DEMAND or Subscription Video On Demand is available.

2. You must subscribe to the Cox Digital Cable service and view On DEMAND services from a digital cable receiver.

When will On DEMAND be available in my area?
