Calls made beyond the local calling area and Zone 3 are billed on a per-minute basis with Cox Standard Long Distance. You can also get even lower per-minute rates on calls made beyond your local calling area with our domestic long distance plans.  No matter which plan you choose, you’ll get low per minute rates on long distance calls within California, and all your phone services on one convenient bill!

Cox Digital Telephone and Cox Long Distance have done away with confusing time-of-day rules. There are no monthly fees. No restrictions. No gimmicks.  Plus, with our international long distance plans, you'll find international calling rates that are among the lowest in the industry.

Services and features available only to San Diego residential customers in Cox Digital Telephone serviceable areas.
