Q.       Which customers will be eligible to receive tickets to a Padres game?

A.       New Cox Cable TV customers: If you order Cox Standard Service, you will be eligible.

Current customers: If you order Cox Digital Cable, Cox Digital Telephone or Cox High Speed Internet to complete the Cox Bundle you will be eligible for this special offer.  

 

Q.       How will I receive my tickets?

A.       Customers who place their service order between 02/26/07 – 04/29/07 will receive a reply postcard that must be returned in order to receive tickets.  Once this postcard is received, tickets will be sent on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Q.       How will I know which game I get to attend?

A.       Cox Communications has reserved tickets for the following games:

Tuesday, July 31 vs. Arizona

Tuesday, August 14 vs. Colorado

Wednesday, August 29 vs. Arizona

The tickets will be distributed on a first-come-first-served-basis, so there is no way to guarantee which tickets will be distributed to which customer. All game times are 7:05 p.m.

 

Q:      Can I request tickets to a specific game from Cox?

A:       No, tickets are selected randomly from the 3 dates given.

 

Q.       What if I place my order before 2/26/06 but I’m having the services installed during the campaign window, will I still be eligible for the free ticket offer?

A.       Unfortunately, only customers who place their order between 02/26/07 – 04/29/07 will be eligible for this special offer.

 

Q.       When will I receive my tickets?

A.       Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for your tickets to arrive. 

 

Q.       Will I be notified if Cox runs out of tickets before my request for tickets was received?

A.       Yes. Tickets are limited and when our supply is exhausted, any subsequent ticket requests from customers will receive a reply stating that the tickets are gone.

 

Q.       I am a current Cox Cable TV customer and want to upgrade to Cox Digital Cable.  Am I eligible for the two free Padres tickets offer?

A.       If you add Cox Digital Cable to complete an eligible Cox Bundle, you will be eligible to receive tickets.

 

Q.       What if I order more than one service to get the Cox Bundle? Can I get more than one set of tickets?

A.         No, tickets are limited to two per household.

 

 

Q.       I do not want tickets to the Padres game.  Can I get the cash instead or a credit on my account?

A.       No, the offer is not redeemable for cash and is not exchangeable for any other product or service.

 

Q.       What is the cash value of the tickets that I will receive?

A.       The tickets are Upper Level Reserved tickets and have an Advance Purchase cash value of $12 each.

 

Q.       What if the game I have tickets for is rained out?

A.       When the cancelled game is rescheduled later in the season, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled game.

 

Q.       Can I take my tickets to the Padres ticket office and try to trade the tickets for another game?

A.       Once the tickets have been mailed to the customer, Cox cannot prevent customers from attempting to trade in their tickets at the Padres ticket office.  Cox has no agreement or understanding with the Padres allowing customers to do so.

 

Q.       What if I am disabled and require tickets in a special seating area?

A.       Please alert your customer service representative that you require special seating when placing your qualifying order.  We will have tickets available in special seating areas in order to accommodate your needs. You may be contacted separately for more information about your request.
