(SAN DIEGO) October 1, 2008 – Cox is proud to announce the launch of Universal Sports, a full-time channel dedicated to showing Olympic sports in between the actual Olympics for both the Summer and Winter Olympics. This channel is home to the Olympics trials throughout the year - "The only place to watch your heroes in between the games." 

Coverage includes over 2,000 hours of live World Championship events including over 5,000 hours of Archival events.
