Update on service interruptions due to the wildfires:
A special COX Fire Victims Assistance Team is assisting those customers with emergency service needs. The Team can be reached at (888) 999-6597.

At this time, the vast majority of our customers are up and fully operational, with no impact to their telephone, Internet or cable TV services.

Impacted areas include portions of Escondido, Poway and San Marcos.

A very small percentage of our customers have experienced a service outage in areas which were evacuated, hardest hit by the fires, or experienced power outages.

Cox Communications employees have been proactive and working tirelessly to repair any emergency outages to ensure there is little or no impact to our customers’ communications services.
