How do I qualify for courtesy service from Cox Communications?
The following criteria must be met to in order to apply for courtesy standard video service from Cox Communications:
- Property must be a minimum of 50 units
- Cox Communications must have an up-to-date service and access agreement on file for the property
- Applicant must be employed at the property
- Applicant must not have any past-due balances from Cox Communications on
any current or past accounts.
If I qualify for courtesy service from Cox Communications, what are the responsibilities and expectations?
- Grant access for Cox Communications representatives to complete routine sales and customer relations activities
- Grant access for Cox Communications representatives to complete installation, service, and repair requests
- Assist Cox Communications representatives with access to residents units (when requested by resident)
- Promote all Cox Communications products and services to existing, new move-in, and move-out residents
- Distribute Cox Communications literature to all in-coming and out-going residents
- Distribute Cox Communications literature to all residents on a regular basis through product displays in the leasing office
