Cox Communications provides courtesy standard video service, free of charge, to managers, assistant managers, leasing, or maintenance staff members of qualified multi-dwelling properties, in exchange for their cooperation with Cox Communications personnel to provide timely and customized service to the residents of their multi-dwelling community.

What type of courtesy service is offered by Cox Communications?

Cox Communications offers the standard video service, which includes the Limited and Expanded line-up – 72 channels of programming. Qualified applicants can purchase other products and services directly from Cox Communications. 

How do I qualify for courtesy service from Cox Communications?

The following criteria must be met to in order to apply for courtesy standard video service from Cox Communications:

  • Property must be a minimum of 50 units
  • Cox Communications must have an up-to-date service and access agreement on file for the property
  • Applicant must be employed at the property
  • Applicant must not have any past-due balances from Cox Communications on any current or past accounts.

If I qualify for courtesy service from Cox Communications, what are the responsibilities and expectations?

  • Grant access for Cox Communications representatives to complete routine sales and customer relations activities
  • Grant access for Cox Communications representatives to complete installation, service, and repair requests
  • Assist Cox Communications representatives with access to residents units (when requested by resident)
  • Promote all Cox Communications products and services to existing, new move-in, and move-out residents
  • Distribute Cox Communications literature to all in-coming and out-going residents
  • Distribute Cox Communications literature to all residents on a regular basis through product displays in the leasing office
