Solution

Renter Authorization forms are required for customers that live in rental residences in the Omaha market. If you are renting your house or apartment, authorization is required from your landlord before we can proceed with any installation or service changes. Please print the form below, ask your landlord to sign it, and give it to the technician at the time of installation.


The completed authorization form is required if you are adding new service outlets or moving existing service outlets.


The Renter Authorization Form (PDF) must be returned to the proper Cox location as indicated on the form or Cox technician at the time of installation.
