Your refresh and reboot commands are on their way.
Cox is in the process of resetting your cable signal and rebooting your cable box(es). The reset may take as long as 15 minutes. When your cable box's clock becomes active again, the reset is complete. You should be able to watch TV and record programs with your DVR again at that time.
Program guide data may take another 20 minutes to refresh.
Warning: Do not unplug your cable box during the cable connection reset.
