Sharing Cloud Drive Files

Learn how to share files from Cloud Drive.
To share files from Cloud Drive, complete the following steps.
For additional support, refer to Cloud Drive.
Result: The Internet Tools Sign In page displays.
Enter User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
Note: If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot User ID / Password? link.
Result: The Cloud Drive Home page displays.
From the Spaces menu, click Online Files.
Result: The File Manager page displays.
Check the box next to the file or folder, then click share shown on the toolbar.
Result: The Share Items page displays.
On the Share Items page, complete the following steps.
- Select email addresses from the contacts box and / or enter email addresses in the email address box.
- If desired, set an expiration date and personalize a message.
- Click the Share button.
Note: The shared file or folder can show as read-only.
To close the Share Items page and return to the File Manager page, click X.
