Opting Out of the Enhanced Error Results Service

Cox High Speed Internet customers can opt out of the enhanced error results service that provides a list of relevant or suggested websites based on the words used.
The Enhanced Error Results Service redirects URL entries in Internet Explorer to relevant alternative search results provided by Yahoo! Search Marketing. To opt out of this service, complete the following steps.
- Log in to Internet Tools at myaccount.cox.net/internettools/optout/optout.cox.
- Enter your User ID and Password, then click Sign In.
- Click the checkbox next to Yes, I would like to opt out of the Enhanced Error Results Service and then click Confirm.
