Choose from one of the following solutions:

Clearing Cache 

Follow the steps below to clear cache also known as temporary Internet files.

  1. On the menu bar click Tools, the click Internet Options.
  2. From the General tab click the Delete button.
  3. From the Delete Browsing History window, click the the check box next to Temporary Internet files and then click Delete.

Click OK.

Clearing Browsing History 

Clear your browsing history by following the steps below.

On the menu bar click Tools, then click Internet Options.

From the General tab click the Delete button.

Click the the check box next to History and then click Delete.

Click OK.

Deleting Cookies 

Delete the stored cookies by using the steps below.

On the menu bar click Tools, then click Internet Options.
