Learn the process to login to the Cox Home Security mobile app. This process applies to both iPhone and Android devices.


Follow these steps to login to the Cox Home Security mobile app on iPhone and Android devices.

Cox Home Security must be selected on the Settings window. If Cox Home Security is not selected an error message will display.


Open the Cox Home Security mobile app.
Result: The Login window will display.


From the Login window, touch Settings.


Result: The Settings window will display.

From the Settings window, touch Cox Home Security.

Note: Make sure the green checkmark displays next to the Cox Home Security server name and if it doesn’t, then touch Cox Home Security to move it from the demo server to Cox Home Security server.

To return to the login screen,  touch Login in the upper left corner.

Result: The Login window will display.

From the Login window, enter the User name and Password.


Your login for the Cox Home Security Subscriber Portal and mobile app are the same. If you forget your username or password, click the appropriate link on the Subscriber Portal Sign In page to begin the process of retrieving your username or resetting your password. Follow the instructions on the web pages or email messages associated with this process to restore your access to the web portal and mobile app.
