Microsoft Outlook Express

  1. Select the message that you want to forward as an attachment, then right-click the email.
  2. From the menu that displays, select Forward As Attachment.

    Result: A new email opens with the old email attached.

  3. Enter the recipient’s email address in the To field, and add any comments in the body of the message.
  4. Click Send.

Apple Mail

  1. Select the message that you want to forward as an attachment.
  2. Select Message, then Forward as Attachment.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address in the To field, and add any comments in the body of the message.

  4. Click Send.

    Result: A straight arrow displays in the message list next to the original message to indicate that you forwarded the message.

Microsoft Outlook 2013

  1. Create a new message.
  2. From the Message tab, click Attach Item, then select Outlook Item from the menu that displays.
  3. Browse to the folder that contains the message you want to forward, and select the email.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Enter the recipient’s email address in the To field, and add any comments in the body of the message.
  6. Click Send.
